Job summary

TLD is seeking an HR Generalist to manage the organization’s HRIS and provide day-to-day HR support to employees and managers. This role blends HRIS administration with general HR responsibilities and serves as a key resource for HR operations across the organization.

The position covers onboarding through separation, supports payroll data accuracy, and requires a Bachelor’s degree with 3–5 years of HRIS or generalist experience. Confidentiality and detail-oriented work are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, business administration, or related field preferred.
• 3–5 years of experience in HRIS administration or HR generalist responsibilities.
• Experience with HRIS and timekeeping/payroll systems.
• Strong understanding of general HR practices and employment processes.
• Excellent attention to detail and data accuracy.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive employee information.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong problem-solving and customer service skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel.
• Ability to work independently while collaborating with HR leadership.

Responsibilities

• Maintain HRIS data accuracy and confidentiality, including employee records.
• Process employee changes (hiring, promotions, pay changes, terminations).
• Troubleshoot HRIS issues and coordinate with vendors.
• Support payroll processing and timekeeping data accuracy.
• Assist with onboarding, orientation, and employee inquiries about policies and benefits.
• Support audits, compliance reporting, and HR initiatives.
• Assist with employment verification and unemployment claims.
• Provide day-to-day HR support to employees and managers.
