The ideal candidate holds a Bachelor's in HR or related field and has 3 to 5 years of experience as an HR Generalist, with proficiency in Spanish and knowledge of employment laws. The position includes benefits such as medical insurance, PTO, and a 401(k) plan.

Qualifications

• 3 to 5 years of relevant experience as HR Generalist.
• Knowledge of federal and state employment laws and regulations.
• Previous experience in a generalist role.

Responsibilities

• Provide HR functional support for Dallas Plant facility and DC sites.
• Assist HR Manager with associate relations and recruitment.
• Conduct payroll functions and weekly payroll processing.
