Job summary

Medline Industries, LP seeks an Associate HR Generalist to support HR services on-site in Texas. The role operates Monday–Friday, 12 PM–9 PM, with flexibility for a multi-shift operation.

Under supervision, the Associate HR Generalist provides guidance on HR policies and procedures, supports recruitment, onboarding, training, leave management, workers’ compensation, and HR reporting. Strong organizational skills are essential.

Qualifications

• HR support or administration experience.
• PHR or SPHR preferred.
• Travel up to 25% within state and out of state.

Responsibilities

• Provide HR support activities, including maintenance and reporting of employee information.
• Assist management with employee relations and interpretation of HR policies.
• Ensure consistency in job evaluations, compensation programs and pay equity; support salary administration.
• Coordinate recruitment and onboarding processes with Talent Acquisition and management.
• Identify training needs, gather data and support training program implementations.
• Maintain HR records and HR reporting (headcount, training, disciplinary tracking).
