Job summary

Circle K in Nashua, NH is seeking a Human Resources Specialist to support our global HR team with professional level HR work and a focus on accountability, customer service, and efficiency.

You will assist with posting jobs, screening candidates, onboarding, maintaining records, and ensuring compliance with laws while collaborating with the HR Director. This is a fast-paced role requiring independent work and travel may be required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree in Human Resources strongly preferred.
• 1-2 years’ experience in a Human Resources department, with focus on legal/analytical functions.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
• Experience with Workday is a plus.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist HR team with projects, summarize information, and make recommendations.
• Investigate employee concerns, provide guidance and direction.
• Post jobs, screen candidates, conduct interviews, and onboard new employees.
• Research legislation affecting workers' compensation and HR practices.
• Maintain confidential HR records and ensure compliance with laws.
