Qualifications

• Onboarding, orientation, and staff training development.
• Maintains records of training, attendance, and assessment results.
• Recruits, interviews, and collaborates with managers for openings.

Responsibilities

• Creates onboarding and training materials and presents them to employees.
• Develops training manuals, guides, and course materials.
• Presents training programs via lectures, discussions, simulations, and videos.
• Keeps training records including attendance and test results.
• Monitors compliance with mandatory and non-mandatory training and certifications.
• Evaluates program effectiveness through surveys and feedback.
• Maintains knowledge of the latest training trends.
• Performs HR administration including compensation, benefits, leave, and investigations.
