Job summary

Pinnacle Fertility, Inc. is seeking an HR Generalist to administer leaves, accommodations, workers’ compensation, and unemployment across multiple states in a healthcare setting. The role partners with employees, leaders, HR Business Partners, and vendors to ensure compliant, timely handling of cases.

The ideal candidate will manage employee relations, documentation, compliance, and HR initiatives while supporting the HRBP team and participating in benefits onboarding and reporting.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in HR or related field preferred; equivalent experience considered.
• 2–5 years HR experience including leaves, accommodations, workers’ compensation, unemployment.
• Working knowledge of FMLA, ADA, workers’ compensation, unemployment laws.

Responsibilities

• Manage leaves of absence (FMLA, medical, personal) across multiple states.
• Coordinate accommodations and the ADA interactive process.
• Handle workers’ compensation, unemployment, PTO coordination.
• Administer open enrollment and benefits onboarding.
• Maintain accurate, confidential HR case documentation; audit regularly.
• Serve as liaison among employees, leaders, HRBPs, and third-party vendors.
• Respond to routine HR questions and escalate sensitive issues.
• Assist with HR reporting, compliance activities, and policy communication.
