Qualifications

• Must have a bachelor's degree in HR, business administration, or related field (or equivalent).
• At least 2 years of progressive HR experience, including workers' compensation and leave of absence handling.
• Proficient with HRIS systems (UKG a plus) and Microsoft Office.
• Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.

Responsibilities

• Manage workers' compensation claims from report to closure.
• Coordinate with employees, managers, insurers, and third-party administrators.
• Administer and track employee leaves and determine eligibility.
• Support employee relations investigations and performance management processes.
• Maintain accurate HR records and HRIS data.
