NOTS Logistics is seeking an HR Generalist to support employees, operations, and culture within a fast-paced logistics environment. The role focuses on leave management (FMLA), workers’ compensation, and ensuring compliance with HR policies while balancing business needs.

Ideal candidates have hands-on experience with leave administration, strong communication skills, and a practical, people-centered approach to HR support.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
• 3–5 years HR Generalist experience preferred.
• Strong knowledge of FMLA, leave administration, and workers’ compensation.

Responsabilités

• Administer and coordinate leaves of absence, including FMLA and other leave programs.
• Handle return-to-work processes and documentation, ensuring confidentiality.
• Provide guidance to supervisors on employee relations, attendance, and policy interpretation.
• Support policy enforcement and HR initiatives to maintain a safe, drug-free workplace.
