Job summary

RHA Health Services, LLC is seeking a Regional HR Coordinator to provide localized HR support in the assigned region. The role reports to the HR Business Partner and involves onboarding, employee relations, investigations, and compliance with HR policies.

Regular travel within the region is required, with duties including sourcing and recruitment support, employee orientation, and coordination of HR processes with the HRBP. Minimum HR experience and relevant education are preferred.

Qualifications

• Associate’s or Bachelor's in HR, Business, Psychology or related field preferred.
• Minimum 1 year HR experience required; 3+ years preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist with employee investigations under HRBP guidance.
• Maintain personnel files and support HR audits and regulatory surveys.
• Facilitate New Employee Orientation and onboarding including I-9 compliance.
