TOTO USA is seeking a Human Resources Generalist to join our Morrow, GA team. This regular full-time role supports the employee lifecycle, policies, and HR programs across departments.

The position partners with managers on workforce planning, onboarding, leave management, and employee relations, while maintaining accurate records and ensuring compliance with applicable laws and company policies. Salary range is $65,000 to $70,000 annually.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, business, or related field required; relevant experience may substitute.
• 2–3 years of progressive HR experience across multiple HR disciplines.
• Experience in manufacturing, distribution, or multi-site environments preferred.
• PHR or SHRM-CP certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Serve as primary HR resource for assigned departments and policies.
• Support employee relations, investigations, and documentation.
• Coordinate onboarding, status changes, transfers, promotions, and separations.
• Collaborate with Talent Acquisition on workforce needs and pre-employment activities.
• Administer leave, attendance, accommodation, performance management, and corrective actions.
• Maintain accurate HR data and generate routine reports.
• Support benefits, payroll, training, and compliance initiatives.
• Ensure policy implementation and compliance with laws and company requirements.
