Job summary

Czarnowski Collective in Austell, GA is seeking an HR Generalist to serve as a trusted partner for a site, region, or client group, handling employee relations, policy questions, leaves, and accommodations across the employee lifecycle.

You will own investigations end to end, coach supervisors, administer progressive discipline, and collaborate with Benefits Admin on leaves; ensure compliance and accurate records in HRIS.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, or related field.
• 5–7 years of HR experience with employee relations exposure.
• Experience owning independent investigations.
• Knowledge of employment law and CBAs where applicable.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the first contact for employee concerns with discretion.
• Intake, document, and track employee relations in case system.
• Plan and conduct end-to-end workplace investigations.
• Coach supervisors through performance conversations and action.
• Administer progressive discipline with managers and policy alignment.
• Partner with Benefits Admin on leave administration and accommodations.
• Conduct exit interviews and surface attrition trends.
• Maintain policy interpretation and apply sound judgment.
