Job summary

TTM Technologies, Inc. in Chippewa Falls, WI is seeking a Human Resources Generalist to support direct labor HR needs onsite. You will partner with Supervisors to ensure a positive employment experience, handle employee relations, and administer HR programs for a manufacturing workforce.

This full-time role requires on-site presence, collaboration with HR Shared Services, and a focus on compliance, training, and staffing processes across the facility.

Qualifications

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in HR or equivalent experience.
• 3–5 years supporting full spectrum of HR disciplines in manufacturing.
• Experience in employee relations and investigations.
• Experience partnering with Talent Acquisition in recruitment.
• Experience in a matrixed environment; aerospace/defense background preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop strong partnerships with Operations Supervisors to coach and consult on HR matters.
• Resolve employee relations or disciplinary issues; conduct investigations.
• Drive engagement programs to improve morale and retention.
• Assist with staffing needs and collaboration with Talent Acquisition.
• Lead New Hire Orientation and ensure compliant HR processes.
• Support payroll audit and time/attendance system usage.
