Job summary

A leading building products company in Toledo, Ohio is seeking an experienced Human Resources Generalist. The successful candidate will manage staffing, employee relations, and performance tracking. Responsibilities include supporting onboarding, enhancing employee engagement, and maintaining compliance with HR policies. A Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or a related field is required along with 2 years of HR experience, preferably in a manufacturing setting. PHR certification is preferred.
