Job summary

MITER Brands in Phoenix, AZ is seeking a Human Resources Generalist to support leaders and team members, promote a positive workplace culture, and ensure compliance with employment laws across the manufacturing environment.

You will handle employee relations, onboarding, benefits administration, performance management, payroll support, and HR projects, while maintaining confidential records in Workday and contributing to a range of continuous improvement initiatives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR, business administration or related field.
• Minimum 3 years HR experience in manufacturing or multi-site env.
• Experience handling employee relations investigations and investigations.
• Experience with HR programs, policies and payroll support.
• Workday HRIS experience preferred; confidentiality essential.

Responsibilities

• Serve as HR resource on workplace concerns, policy interpretation and performance management.
• Conduct employee relations investigations and provide recommendations.
• Oversee onboarding, orientation and offboarding processes; maintain records.
• Assist payroll through timekeeping checks and benefits inquiries.
• Partner with leadership on engagement initiatives and HR projects.
