• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
• Minimum of 10 years of HR Generalist experience.
• Manufacturing environment experience.

• Experience leading or supporting an HR team.

Responsibilities

• Lead HR initiatives in the facility and business unit.
• Guide HR policy, procedures, and regulatory compliance.
