Job summary

MITER Brands is seeking a Human Resources Generalist - 2nd Shift for our Prescott Valley, AZ facility. You will support employee relations, onboarding, benefits, safety, and compliance, partnering with operations leadership to foster a productive, inclusive workplace.

With a Bachelor's degree and at least four years of HR Generalist experience, preferably in manufacturing, you will lead training, assist with performance management, and maintain HR records.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR, Business or related field.
• 4+ years HR Generalist experience, manufacturing preferred.
• Experience with employee relations, investigations, and onboarding.

Responsibilities

• Support HR programs across employment practices, compensation, performance, benefits, training, and compliance.
• Guide supervisors on employee relations, performance management, and workplace concerns.
• Administer benefits programs, including enrollment and education.
• Coordinate onboarding, changes, separations, and HR documentation.
• Support safety initiatives and workers' compensation programs.
• Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information.
