Job summary

Smardt Chiller Group in Phoenix is seeking a hands-on HR Generalist who partners with production leaders, supports employees on the shop floor and helps recruit the operators that keep the plant running smoothly.

You will maintain records, administer BambooHR and ADP timekeeping, manage safety footwear programs, and provide day-to-day HR support while focusing on safety, compliance and continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years HR experience; internships may count.
• Experience in manufacturing or construction is preferred.
• Experience onboarding hourly employees is an asset.

Responsibilities

• Maintain accurate employee records and HR documentation.
• Administer BambooHR and ADP timekeeping; coach on system use.
• Coordinate employee files and incident documentation with H&S.
• Manage production uniforms and safety footwear programs; support reporting.
• Provide day-to-day HR support to the on-site HR lead.
