Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred; three years HR/leadership experience, preferably in manufacturing.
• Strong knowledge of federal/state/local labor regulations.
• Experience with EOS and manufacturing environments is a plus.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook; Paychex supporting HR processes.

Responsibilities

• Manage and/or create employee job descriptions
• Manage recruiting efforts
• Handle employment processes including onboarding, orientation, training, promotions, transfers, evaluations, discipline, termination and exits
• Manage compensation and benefits administration
• Create and distribute employee communications
• Promote employee retention
• Collaborate with managers to understand staffing needs
• Ensure compliance with labor regulations and programs
• Support cross-functional teams with other operational tasks as needed
