We are seeking a proactive Human Resources Generalist to support recruiting, employee relations, benefits administration, onboarding, compliance, reporting, and employee engagement across the facility.

Qualifications

• Experience in HR generalist duties including recruitment and payroll.
• Knowledge of FLSA, FMLA, ADA, EEOC.
• Excellent communication and confidentiality.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement recruiting strategies to attract qualified salaried and hourly employees.
• Support employee relations activities, including investigations, corrective actions, and conflict resolution.
• Administer and support employee benefit programs.
• Partner with management and employees to communicate HR policies, procedures, and employment law requirements.
• Maintain staffing plans, workforce metrics, employee files, and HR records.
• Coordinate employee events, recognition programs, training activities, and engagement initiatives.
• Maintain/assist the HRIS and payroll systems while ensuring data accuracy and confidentiality.
