Job summary

International Search Consultants seeks a hands-on HR Generalist for its Northern Indiana operation. The role covers recruiting, onboarding, employee relations, engagement and HR operations, with visibility on the plant floor in a fast-paced manufacturing setting.

Onsite in Warsaw, Indiana, you will coordinate interviews, new-hire orientation, benefits questions, safety documentation and training records, while maintaining accurate HR data and responding to supervisor needs.

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience with employee relations and plant-floor engagement.
• Experience coordinating recruiting, onboarding and daily HR activities.
• Strong communication, discretion, organization and follow-through.
• Onsite work in Warsaw, Indiana.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience; 2+ years HR in manufacturing.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate recruiting, interviews, offers, new-hire orientation and onboarding.
• Serve as an accessible HR resource for employees and supervisors on the plant floor.
• Support employee relations, investigations, corrective action and separations.
• Coordinate benefits questions, leave requests and return-to-work matters.
• Lead employee communications, recognition and engagement activities.
• Support safety, workers’ compensation documentation and training records.
• Maintain accurate HR records, reports and employee data.
