Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in human resources or equivalent experience.
• 3+ years in managing leaves and accommodations.
• Strong knowledge of federal, state employment laws and regulations.
• Experience with HRIS systems.

Responsibilities

• Interpret and administer leave programs in accordance with applicable laws.
• Serve as the primary HR liaison for employees, managers, and vendors throughout the leave lifecycle.
• Develop and maintain SOPs, workflows, decision trees, manager guides, employee FAQs and process documentation.
• Maintain contact with employees and update managers on leave status and return-to-work dates.
