Job summary

NOTS Logistics is seeking a proactive HR Generalist to support employees, operations, and company culture in White, GA. This role focuses on leave management, FMLA administration, and workers’ compensation to maintain a safe and compliant workplace.

The ideal candidate will have 3–5 years of HR Generalist experience, a bachelor’s in HR or a related field, and strong knowledge of leave and confidentiality requirements. Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus in supporting a diverse workforce.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent HR experience.
• 3–5 years as HR Generalist or similar role.
• Strong FMLA, leave-of-absence, and workers’ compensation knowledge.
• Knowledge of employment laws and confidentiality requirements.
• Excellent organizational and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Administer and coordinate leaves of absence, including FMLA and other programs.
• Coordinate workers’ compensation claims with carriers and leadership.
• Support investigations and enforce HR policies to ensure fair treatment.
• Maintain confidential personnel records and onboarding/offboarding processes.
• Promote a safe, drug-free workplace and accurate HR documentation.
