Job summary

Toto USA in Georgia is seeking an HR professional to support day-to-day human resources activities across the employee lifecycle. You will partner with employees and leaders to administer leave, attendance, performance management, and ensure consistent application of policies.

Strong data management and confidentiality are essential. The role requires a Bachelor's degree in HR or a related field and 2–3 years of progressive HR experience; PHR or SHRM-CP certification is preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR or related field required; 2–3 years HR experience.
• Professional HR certification (PHR/SHRM-CP) preferred.
• Experience in a manufacturing, distribution, or multi-site environment is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day HR support to assigned departments and employees.
• Respond to workplace concerns and ensure policy compliance.
• Administer leave, attendance, performance management, and corrective actions.
• Maintain accurate HR data and personnel records in HR systems.
• Support benefits, payroll, training, engagement, and compliance initiatives.
