Job summary

Westlake Financial is seeking an experienced Human Resources Generalist to manage workers' compensation, leave administration, and reasonable accommodations. The role ensures compliance with federal, state, and local laws while supporting employees throughout their lifecycle.

The ideal candidate will be highly organized, capable of handling complex employee relations, and experienced with ADA and multi-state employment considerations.

Qualifications

• HBachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field, or equivalent.
• 2+ years of progressive HR experience with workers' compensation and leave administration.
• Proficiency with HRIS systems (UKG a plus) and MS Office.
• Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to handle sensitive, confidential information with discretion.

Responsibilities

• Manage workers' compensation claims from report to closure with carriers and TPAs.
• Administer leaves, monitor eligibility, notices, and documentation.
• Lead interactive accommodation processes and assess requests.
• Maintain confidential medical records and ADA compliance.
• Support HR policy guidance and employee relations investigations.
