Job summary

CPG Beyond, Inc. in Ashburn, VA seeks an HR Generalist III to support onboarding, HRIS management (Paycor), and benefits processing. The role focuses on accuracy, compliance, and an excellent employee experience in a fast-paced growth environment.

In-office Monday-Thursday with remote Friday, you will collaborate with Payroll and Talent Acquisition, manage personnel records, and help drive performance management and employee programs across the organization.

Qualifications

• 4-6 years’ experience in human resources with a focus on onboarding and HRIS data integrity.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Experience with Paycor and ADP preferred.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate weekly onboarding activities after Talent Acquisition handoff.
• Serve as the first contact after offer acceptance and support new hire orientation.
• Complete Form I-9 requirements and verify documentation.
• Process E-Verify submissions and ensure eligibility verification.
• Initiate and monitor pre-employment background checks and drug screenings.
• Maintain and audit the HRIS Paycor data integrity and records.
• Process employment verification requests and support payroll data needs.
• Document employee status changes via PAFs and ensure approvals.
