Qualifications

• Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 2-4 years HR experience with federal and state employment practices.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills for data entry and reporting.
• Proficiency with HRIS platforms and Excel.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; ability to handle sensitive information.

Responsibilities

• Onboard new hires including paperwork, system setup, orientation, and scheduling.
• Manage offboarding, exit paperwork, equipment return, and deactivation.
• Handle employee lifecycle changes and HRIS updates.
• Analyze HR metrics and provide leadership with trends and recommendations.
• Support Talent Acquisition by managing ATS and coordinating interviews.
• Administer leave and accommodations per policies and regulations.
• Provide day-to-day HR guidance to employees and managers.
• Assist with performance management processes and documentation.
