Formación

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field, or equivalent
• Minimum of 2 years HR experience
• Strong understanding of core HR functions and employment practices
• Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines
• Demonstrated ability to maintain confidentiality and exercise sound judgment
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)
• Ability to work independently while collaborating with cross-functional teams

Responsabilidades

• Manage full-cycle recruitment processes for assigned positions
• Coordinate and complete pre-employment activities (background checks, drug screenings, Form I-9)
• Facilitate new hire onboarding and orientation programs
• Maintain and audit employee files and onboarding documentation
• Address employee and manager inquiries regarding HR policies and procedures
• Administer tuition reimbursement and employee recognition programs
• Coordinate compliance training (safety, anti-harassment) and HR audits
• Maintain HR records and data integrity in HR systems
• Support compensation, benefits, leave, performance management and HR initiatives
