Qualifications

• 5+ years of administrative experience required.
• 3+ years of HR support experience required.
• Proven experience in full-cycle recruiting, including leadership roles.
• Experience using an ATS and HRIS; SuccessFactors experience preferred.
• Corporate experience at a multi-state or international company preferred.

Responsibilities

• Support HRBPs and business leaders with HR programs and initiatives.
• Lead onboarding and offboarding, including office logistics and documentation.
• Assist with job descriptions, grading, and requisitions in the HRIS.
• Maintain HR reporting (weekly, monthly, ad-hoc) and headcount/KPIs.
• Partner on retention strategies, performance management and employee engagement.
