Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience required.
• PHR or SHRM-CP strongly preferred.
• Experience with full-cycle recruiting and HRIS/HR systems preferred.

Responsibilities

• Support HRBPs and business leaders across HR programs and initiatives.
• Handle onboarding/offboarding and job description grading with HR Operations.
• Prepare HR reports and support talent management, engagement, and leadership development.
