Responsibilities include recruiting, benefits administration, employee relations, payroll assistance, HR reporting, and compliance with federal and state laws. You will support managers and multi-site HR activities in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Qualifications

• Two to Four years’ experience as a HR generalist or HR Manager.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.
• Computer literate (proficient in MS Word, MS Excel).
• BS degree in HR Management/Business Mgmt.
• Manufacturing experience.

Responsibilities

• Direct all phases of employment including advertising, recruiting, interviewing, testing, placement of personnel, orientation programs, exit interviews, and unemployment compensation hearings.
• Administer all employee benefits including medical, dental, vision, STD, LTD, FMLA and vacation, paid sick leave.
• Serve as primary contact to managers, employees, under supervision of the Divisional HR Manager on HR matters.
• Maintain and administer HR reports and records as required by state and federal laws.
• Assist in payroll processing and manage temporary agencies.
