Job summary

gpac has partnered with a growing manufacturing company to hire an HR Generalist who is approachable, organized, and enjoys supporting employees and leadership.

The role covers daily HR operations, recruitment, onboarding, onboarding, employee relations, benefits administration, payroll coordination, and timekeeping, plus performance reviews and training. You will help communicate and enforce company policies and support recruiting efforts.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of HR experience.
• Experience as HR Generalist or HR Specialist.
• Manufacturing or industrial experience preferred.
• Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills.
• Bachelor's degree in HR, BA, or related field preferred.

Responsibilities

• Support daily HR operations and serve as a resource for employee questions.
• Coordinate recruiting, interviews, onboarding, and new hire orientation.
• Assist with employee relations and help resolve workplace concerns.
• Support benefits administration, payroll coordination, and timekeeping.
• Assist with performance reviews, employee development, and training.
• Communicate and administer company policies consistently.
