Job summary

This role is responsible for managing daily HR operations, recruitment, onboarding, and employee relations. The ideal candidate should have at least 2 years of HR experience, a Bachelor's degree, and strong communication skills. Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years of HR experience or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• HR Certification (PHR, SHRM-CP) preferred but not required.
• Bilingual in Spanish (verbal and written communication) preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day HR operations including recruitment and employee relations.
• Lead recruitment efforts for hourly positions, conducting interviews.
• Support the Senior HR Manager in addressing workplace issues.
