A growing manufacturing startup is launching operations in Southeastern Pennsylvania and is seeking an HR Generalist to help build foundational people and administrative processes from the ground up.

What You’ll Do
- Support full-cycle recruiting and onboarding for hourly and salaried manufacturing employees
- Manage core HR administration, employee records, and compliance documentation
- Help establish and maintain HR policies and processes as the organization grows
- Serve as a go-to resource for employee HR questions and workplace policies
- Support general office and administrative operations as needed
- Partner closely with leadership to adapt processes as business needs evolve
What We’re Looking For
- Prior HR experience in a manufacturing environment (food packaging or related industries preferred)
- Comfortable working in a startup or site build-out setting with evolving structure
- Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, or a related field preferred
- Ability to manage both HR and administrative responsibilities with minimal direction
- Strong organizational skills and a proactive, hands-on approach
- Clear, professional communication skills and the ability to collaborate cross-functionally
