Responsibilities

• Provide SME guidance to HR team and support across York and Wellsville plants
• Manage recruitment and onboarding processes for hourly roles, including ATS updates
• Conduct employee relations investigations and counsel managers
• Oversee leave administration, compliance, and policy updates
• Support payroll-related activities and timecard approvals
• Maintain HRIS data integrity and reporting
• Drive process improvements with KPI tracking
• Coordinate benefits enrollment with Total Rewards team
• Support stay interviews and employee engagement initiatives
• Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws
• Partner with leadership on performance management and disciplinary actions
