Responsibilities

• Assist HR team with recruiting and onboarding for entry to mid-senior roles.
• Support coaching, counseling, and disciplinary actions; conduct investigations.
• Administer leaves, job descriptions, and postings; manage hiring plans.
• Ensure compliance with federal/state/local laws and track metrics.
• Manage HRIS and support ACA/EEO reporting and unemployment claims.
• Respond to applicant questions and maintain confidential HR files.
