SSA seeks an HR professional to own the full new-hire experience, manage exits, and support branch leaders across locations. The role emphasizes timely responses to HR questions and meticulous onboarding and offboarding processes.

Responsibilities

• Own the full new-hire experience from offer acceptance through first 90 days.
• Manage all employee exits with professionalism and care.
• Serve as a trusted HR resource for branch leaders and employees across locations.
• Every new hire is fully set up with paperwork, I-9, and system access before or on day one.
• Offboarding is completed accurately and on time with no missed final pay or benefits notices.
• Employee and branch HR questions receive a response within one business day.
