Scientific Safety Alliance is seeking a Human Resources Generalist to join our growing team. You will own onboarding and offboarding processes, manage ADP WFN data, and serve as a trusted HR resource across multiple locations in the US.

Responsibilities include benefits inquiries, 401(k) administration, policy guidance, compliance, and supporting integrations for acquired companies. A bachelor's degree in HR or related field is preferred and SHRM-CP/PHR is a plus.

Qualificações

• 3+ years HR generalist or HR coordinator experience.
• Hands-on experience with ADP Workforce Now (required).
• Knowledge of benefits, 401(k), leave programs, and US employment law.
• Service-first mindset with high-touch employee experience.
• Excellent communication and discretion handling confidential matters.

Responsabilidades

• Own the onboarding experience for new hires from offer through day 90.
• Manage offboarding, including final pay, benefits notices, equipment and access recovery.
• Provide HR guidance to branch leaders and employees across locations.
• Support benefits questions, 401(k) administration, leave programs, and plan providers.
• Interpret policies and keep the employee handbook current and consistently applied.
• Maintain accurate employee data in ADP WFN and enable self-service tools.
• Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment requirements.
• Assist integrations of acquired companies and build scalable HR processes.
