Securitas, Inc. is seeking a Human Resource Generalist to support onboarding, compliance, employee relations, and day‑to‑day HR operations. The role focuses on a positive employee experience and adherence to company policies and regulations.

The ideal candidate is customer-focused, organized, and able to manage multiple priorities while supporting applicants, new hires, and existing staff in a fast-paced environment.

Formación

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 2+ years HR experience including onboarding, compliance, or admin support.
• Knowledge of I-9, background checks, and HR compliance standards.
• Experience handling confidential employee records with discretion.

Responsabilidades

• Own end‑to‑end onboarding for new hires.
• Be the primary contact for candidates and new hires during onboarding.
• Coordinate background checks, drug screenings, and employment documents.
• Assist with new hire orientation and explain policies, benefits, and expectations.
• Maintain accurate, audit-ready personnel files and confidential information.
• Provide front-line HR support on onboarding processes and inquiries.
• Monitor onboarding progress and follow up on outstanding requirements.
