Navy Exchange Service Command in Pensacola, FL seeks a Human Resources Generalist to provide comprehensive HR support to HQ or a large NEX Activity. The role is closely coordinated with the District HR Manager and focuses on records maintenance, recruitment, compensation, and training.

Responsibilities include employee relations support, orientation, benefits processing, and development planning. Requires 3+ years HR experience and a degree; professional communication skills are essential.

Formación

• 3 years of responsible experience in non-routine work with ability to analyze problems and communicate effectively.
• 1 year of academic study above high school may substitute for 9 months of experience (up to 4-year bachelor’s degree) for 3 years of general experience.
• One year of responsible HR experience applying rules, regulations and program requirements.

Responsabilidades

• Maintain official HR records and reports, ensure privacy and accuracy.
• Coordinate recruitment planning to meet staffing and diversity needs.
• Assist in compensation program administration and wage surveys.
• Provide guidance on HR policies, employee relations, and disciplinary actions.
• Oversee new hire orientation, benefits processing, and training programs.
