Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR, business, or related field; 3+ years HR Generalist experience.
• HR certification (PHR/SHRM-CP) preferred.
• Proficient with Excel for HR reporting and HRIS like ADP.
• Knowledge of federal, state, and local employment laws.

Responsibilities

• Recruit full-time and temporary positions through full recruitment lifecycle.
• Onboard temporary employees and resolve onboarding issues.
• Review benefit invoices and coordinate with finance/benefits.
• Process unemployment claims.
• Administer employee referral and engagement programs.
• Coordinate DOT drug/alcohol screening.
• Prepare Excel HR reports and metrics.
• Assist with employee appreciation events.
• Maintain HR policies and confidential records.
• Support HR functions and initiatives.
