Qualifications

• Knowledge of recruiting, training, data administration and HR reporting systems.
• Strong proficiency with MS Office and HR management systems.
• Must pass a pre-employment background check.

Responsibilities

• Develop recruiting strategies with managers to hire and retain talent.
• Maintain current and accurate HR records while protecting privacy of data.
• Assist associates with benefits, payroll, job growth, development and related topics.
• Coordinate onboarding and training for all levels of staff, including policy interpretation.
