Navy Exchange Service Command in Corpus Christi, TX seeks a Human Resources Generalist to provide HR support to HQ or a large NEX activity, under supervision of District HR leadership.

Responsibilities include maintaining official HR records with privacy, coordinating recruitment, guiding employee relations, administering compensation programs, orchestrating new-hire orientation, and planning training to develop staff capabilities.

Qualificações

• 3 years of responsible HR experience in non-routine work.
• Ability to analyze problems, apply sound judgment and communicate effectively.
• Experience with HR records maintenance and privacy.
• Familiarity with wage/salary administration and training coordination.

Responsabilidades

• Oversees maintenance of official HR records and privacy of data.
• Assists in recruitment planning to meet staffing needs.
• Ensures efficient utilization of staff and workforce planning.
• Participates in compensation program administration and wage surveys.
• Provides guidance to managers on employee relations issues.
• Coordinates new hire orientation and benefits processing.
• Plans training needs and resources; delivers or supports courses.
• Supervises daily work assignments and evaluates performance.
• Performs other related duties as assigned.
