HB Rentals, a Superior Energy Services company, is seeking an HR Generalist to manage day-to-day HR for office and field staff. Responsibilities include recruiting, onboarding, employee relations, benefits administration, and compliance.

The role supports HRIS data management, records accuracy, and guidance on HR policies for employees and supervisors in a dynamic energy services environment.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED equivalent.
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field preferred.
• Demonstrated experience supporting both office and field-based workforce.
• Proficiency with HRIS systems and MS Office Suite.

Responsabilités

• Administer day-to-day HR functions for both office and field-based personnel, including recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, benefits, and compliance.
• Coordinate full-cycle recruiting for field, shop, and office positions, including posting jobs, screening candidates, scheduling interviews and preparing offer packages.
• Maintain accurate personnel records and HRIS data to ensure readiness for client audits and regulatory inspections.
• Serve as a trusted HR resource for employees and supervisors, providing guidance on HR policies, benefits, career development, and workplace concerns.
