Job summary

HB Rentals, a Superior Energy Services company, is seeking an HR Administrator to support day-to-day HR for office and field personnel in Broussard, LA. You will help with recruiting, onboarding, employee relations, benefits, and compliance, ensuring accurate records and HRIS data for audits.

You’ll be a trusted resource, guiding policies, benefits, and career development while maintaining compliance across the workforce. Prior HRIS and MS Office experience are required.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Admin or related field preferred.
• Experience supporting both office and field-based workforce.
• Proficiency with HRIS systems and MS Office.

Responsibilities

• Administer day-to-day HR functions for both office and field-based personnel, including recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, benefits, and compliance.
• Coordinate full-cycle recruiting for field, shop, and office positions, including posting jobs, screening candidates, scheduling interviews and preparing offer packages.
• Maintain accurate personnel records and HRIS data to ensure readiness for client audits and regulatory inspections.
• Serve as a trusted HR resource for employees and supervisors, providing guidance on HR policies, benefits, career development, and workplace concerns.
