The role involves posting jobs, scheduling interviews, processing onboarding paperwork, and updating HR databases to ensure data integrity and compliance.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is typically required.
• 1–2 years of administrative experience, ideally within an HR department.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills are important.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks.
• Strong attention to detail, excellent organization, and the ability to maintain strict confidentiality.

Responsibilities

• Record Management: Maintain physical and digital employee files, including updating personal information, tracking benefits, and managing attendance records.
• Recruitment Support: Publish job ads, screen resumes, and schedule interviews.
• Onboarding/Offboarding: Assist with new hire orientation and processing exit paperwork.
• Data Entry: Update HR databases and spreadsheets with high accuracy.
• Administrative Tasks: Answer employee queries regarding policies and procedures, process payroll-related documents, and prepare reports.
