Integrated Resources, Inc. (IRI) seeks a Human Resources Generalist to partner with leaders and associates across employee relations, talent acquisition, engagement, retention, and workforce initiatives.

You will help foster an inclusive, high-performing culture aligned with business objectives and HR policies. Responsibilities include coaching leaders on performance management, collaborating to attract and onboard top talent, conducting employee relations investigations, and analyzing HR

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field.
Minimum 5 years of Human Resources experience.
Strong experience in employee relations, leadership coaching, talent acquisition, and workforce engagement.
Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

Coach and advise leaders on employee relations, engagement, performance management, and situational leadership.
Partner with leaders to develop and execute engagement and retention strategies.
Collaborate with hiring managers and Talent Acquisition to attract and onboard top talent.
Conduct employee relations investigations and support leave of absence matters, partnering with HR Centers of Excellence as needed.
Analyze and report HR metrics, identify trends, and support problem-solving efforts to improve business outcomes.
