Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field.
• 2+ years of Human Resources experience.
• Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Recruit, interview, and onboard new employees.
• Support payroll, benefits, leave administration, and HRIS processes.
• Answer employee and manager questions regarding HR policies and programs.
• Assist with employee relations matters, investigations, and performance management processes.
• Coordinate background checks and employment verifications.
• Help administer employee recognition and engagement initiatives.
• Maintain compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws.
• Support a variety of HR projects and continuous improvement efforts.
