Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in HR or related field.
• Five (5) years or more of HR, training, payroll, and/or benefits experience.
• Knowledge of ACA reporting and payroll-related compliance.

Responsibilities

• Manage full-cycle recruitment and onboarding processes.
• Develop and deliver training programs and employee development initiatives.
• Administer leave programs and manage compliance with HR regulations.
• Oversee HR data entry, records, and reporting for audits and compliance.
• Support employee relations, coaching, and disciplinary processes.
