Job summary

Arvato in Denton, TX is seeking an HR Generalist to provide administrative and strategic support to site operations and leaders. This role coordinates HR and employment activities and ensures effective communication with employees and leaders.

Responsibilities include administering HR programs, advising on policies and employment law, supporting recruitment, processing new hire paperwork and benefits enrollment, coordinating orientation and training, and driving engagement and retention programs.

Qualifications

• 3 years of HR Generalist, Talent Acquisition, or HR Coordinator experience in warehouse/logistics.
• Bachelor's degree in HR or related field, or equivalent work experience.
• Strong ability to communicate with operations, leaders and peers.
• Experience with reporting, timekeeping, and payroll systems preferred (Ultipro/Kronos a plus).

Responsibilities

• Administer and execute HR programs including compensation, benefits, leave, discipline, performance and talent management.
• Guide operations on HR policies, procedures, legal compliance and employment law.
• Support recruitment and staffing with admin support for HR, benefits, payroll inquiries.
• Review and process new hire paperwork; assist with benefits enrollment.
• Coordinate orientation and training for new employees.
• Develop programs to boost engagement, morale and retention.
• Complete other projects as assigned.
