The position supports year-end processing, tax filings, and internal controls, while coordinating benefits enrollment and compliance across Denton

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field.
• 5+ years in progressive payroll with full-cycle processing.
• Strong knowledge of FLSA, payroll taxes, ACA requirements.
• Experience administering employee benefits programs.
• Experience with UKG Ready is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee biweekly payroll processing for all employees.
• Audit payroll before submission; validate overtime and garnishments.
• Manage W-2s, tax reporting, and year-end tasks.
• Administer medical, dental, vision, retirement benefits.
• Respond to payroll and benefits inquiries with professional service.
